Abstracts

Abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee and selected based on the following criteria: topics of general or local interest; new research; new ideas, techniques in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Neonatology; Public health themes related to women’s, maternal, and newborn wellbeing; Novel topics related to Women’s Health; Video (5 min) of Innovative techniques/procedures.

FORMS OF PRESENTATION

All abstracts should be submitted under either the “Oral” or the “Poster” options. Oral Presentations will be presented at the conference according to the topic fields. Poster Presentation will be in delegated areas of the conference. The author should be available next to their posters at the stipulated date and time to allow them to discuss their research.

GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACT PREPARATION

The deadline for abstract submission is 28th February 2026. Abstracts may be submitted online via email at: aman.con.2026@aman.org.pk

  • Your abstracts should be prepared according to the ‘Instructions’ on the abstract form.

  • An acknowledgement will be sent to the presenting author by email. For other types of submission, an acknowledgement will be sent by the conference secretariat via email.

  • Acceptance of either oral or poster presentations is at the discretion of the Scientific The committee and notification will be sent to the presenting author by email by 10th March 2026.

  • Upon acceptance of the abstract, authors are expected to register and present their abstracts at Oral/Poster Presentations. Abstracts will be published in the conference abstract book only if at least one of the listed authors is officially registered with full payment made by 10th March 2026.

  • Accepted abstracts will be included in the Conference Abstract Book
